A. Which shipping carrier do you use?
We typically use USPS for shipping. You can track your package on the USPS website: https://tools.usps.com.
B. My package is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it
Sometimes, shipping carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. We’re not sure why this happens, but we recommend waiting 1-2 more days. If your package still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at hello@needlespace.com. We’ll take care of it! In most cases, we’ll need to file a claim with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
C. I haven’t received my order
That’s unbelievable! Please reach out to us at hello@needlespace.com. We’ll figure out what’s going on and help you resolve the issue. Most likely, we’ll need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
