A. What is your return policy?
Sometimes, you might change your mind or the product might not work out. We totally understand! We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, and you can choose to receive store credit, exchange for a different product, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for a full refund.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use or wear.
- We cannot accept returns for international orders.
- We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has delivered the item to the final destination.
B. How can I return a product?

C. I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Wow, that’s rare, but if it happens, please contact us at hello@needlespace.com. We’ll take care of it!
D. Can I cancel my order?
Yes! Please send an email to hello@needlespace.com with your order number and request to cancel the order.
E. Can items be exchanged?
In most cases, yes. Please contact us at hello@needlespace.com.
However, we cannot accept exchanges for international orders or final sale items.
F. The item I received is damaged or defective!
Please contact us at hello@needlespace.com. We’ll take care of it!
