NeedlePaws Return and Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind, or the product you received may not fully meet your expectations. Whatever the reason, we want to ensure your shopping experience is always pleasant and worry-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns and Refunds
You can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your product, and we will provide you with the following options:
1.Choose store credit and continue selecting products for you and your pet;
2.Exchange the item for another product that suits your needs;
3.Or, request a full refund, which will be processed through your original payment method.
Please note the following return requirements to ensure product quality:
1.Discounted Items: Once a discounted item has been purchased, a full refund will not be provided.
2.Product Condition: Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, without visible signs of wear or use.
3.International Orders: We regret that we are currently unable to accept returns for international orders.
Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the destination. Please inspect your items upon receipt and ensure that your package is secure.

2.Can I cancel my order? Of course! If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us at hello@needlespace.com. Please provide your order number and cancellation request, and we will process it promptly.
3.Can I exchange an item? In most cases, products can be exchanged. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@needlespace.com. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for international orders or final sale items.
4.What should I do if the item is damaged or defective? If you receive a damaged or defective item, don’t worry! Please contact us promptly at hello@needlespace.com, and we will make sure you receive a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
